At Jolly and Pine, we aim to provide our customers with the highest quality Christmas trees and holiday products. If, however, you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, this policy outlines your options for a refund or replacement.
1. Refund Eligibility
1.1 Order Cancellations
- Orders may be canceled up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date for a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of delivery are non-refundable.
1.2 Tree and Product Satisfaction Guarantee
We guarantee the quality of our trees and products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund or replacement within 24 hours of delivery.
1.3 Exceptions
Refunds or replacements will not be provided for:
- Issues resulting from improper care of the tree (care instructions are provided with each purchase).
- Changes in preference after delivery.
2. Return and Refund Process
